Business Analyst (6M Contract)

Role overview

This six-month contract sits with a respected organisation in Auckland and supports two high-priority business improvement initiatives. The position is hands-on and starts right away, offering the chance to shape both operational and digital change work in a visible environment.

You will contribute to the replacement of a major website platform as well as broader process improvement efforts across a medical product portfolio. • Helping deliver two important business improvement projects with strong exposure across the organisation.
• Supporting the transition to a new website platform through workshops, requirements capture, process documentation, and ongoing analysis.
• Working with teams across the medical product portfolio to uncover process gaps, risks, and control issues.
• Improving the reliability of data and the clarity of reporting so decision-making is better supported.
• Contributing to exception management processes and stronger operational controls.
• Turning complex stakeholder input into clear, practical recommendations and actions.
