Business Development Executive

Role overview

A well-established medical center is hiring a relationship-driven Business Development Executive to help accelerate growth by securing corporate partnerships, strengthening insurance connections, building referral channels, and identifying new revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Find and bring on board new corporate and insurance clients.
• Develop, maintain, and grow strategic partnerships and referral relationships.
• Support the expansion of occupational health screening services and wellness initiatives.
• Assist with outreach efforts, client presentations, and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor business development performance and spot opportunities to increase revenue.
• Work closely with clinical and operations teams to improve the overall client experience and service quality.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a closely related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in business development, sales, account management, or corporate relations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfort working toward targets with the ability to manage tasks independently.
• Background in healthcare, insurance, or corporate sales will be considered an added advantage.
