Role Summary
Remittances Hub is looking for a commercially focused Business Development Manager to support expansion across its cross-border payments and stablecoin solutions. The role involves winning new business, developing partnerships, and contributing directly to revenue growth across the company’s international payments, FX, treasury, banking, and stablecoin settlement offerings.
This position suits a seasoned sales professional who understands payments, fintech, FX, or digital assets and is comfortable engaging senior decision-makers while presenting practical payment solutions that address real operational challenges.
New Business Development
- Discover, target, and win new opportunities across fintech firms, payment service providers, money transfer operators, financial institutions, e-commerce businesses, payroll providers, importers and exporters, multinational corporates, and digital asset companies.
- Develop a healthy sales funnel through outreach, referrals, networking, events, and strategic relationship building.
- Manage the complete sales journey, from initial lead generation through contract discussions and customer onboarding.
- Consistently meet and surpass targets for revenue and activity.
Stablecoin and Digital Asset Solutions
- Present Remittances Hub’s stablecoin-enabled payment and settlement services to prospects.
- Explain how stablecoin infrastructure can improve settlement speed, reduce costs, strengthen liquidity control, enable round-the-clock payments, and increase cross-border payment efficiency.
- Work with fintechs, enterprises, and financial institutions that want to use stablecoins for treasury, payouts, collections, or settlement workflows.
- Serve as a knowledgeable advisor on new payment technologies and digital asset adoption.
Client Relationship Management
- Build trusted relationships with senior executives, treasury specialists, finance leaders, heads of payments, and product stakeholders.
- Assess client priorities and propose tailored payment and settlement solutions.
- Partner with account management teams to improve client retention and drive additional revenue.
Market Development and Representation
- Track developments in cross-border payments, stablecoins and digital assets, global treasury management, banking and fintech innovation, and regulatory change.
- Represent the business at conferences, trade shows, networking sessions, and webinars.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with compliance, operations, product, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Ensure opportunities comply with regulatory expectations and risk controls.
- Share market insights and customer feedback to help guide product development.
Performance Measures
- New revenue generated.
- Gross profit delivered.
- New customers acquired.
- Growth in stablecoin transaction volume.
- Growth in cross-border payment volume.

Experience and Skills
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within payments, fintech, banking, FX, or financial services. A strong record of exceeding sales goals is essential, along with solid knowledge of international payments and cross-border transaction flows. The role also calls for excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation ability, plus experience handling complex B2B sales processes and engaging senior stakeholders.
Additional advantages include experience selling stablecoin, blockchain, digital asset, or crypto-enabled financial products; exposure to treasury and liquidity management; familiarity with SWIFT, correspondent banking, local payment rails, and digital settlement networks; a relevant network across fintech, payments, banking, or digital assets; and working knowledge of AML, KYC, sanctions screening, and financial services regulation.
