About the Role
Enfuse is looking for a Business Development Specialist to support business growth, expand the client base, and contribute to revenue expansion. This is a work-from-home position with a full-time schedule.
What You’ll Do
- Create and execute plans that help grow the client portfolio and improve revenue outcomes.
- Manage cold outreach through LinkedIn and email, including tracking outreach activity and follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects through clear communication and networking.
- Research the market to stay informed about industry movements and competitor activity.
- Use email marketing skills to design campaigns that generate leads and improve conversions.
- Handle sales calls from first contact through closure and follow-through.
- Review sales results and prepare reports on important metrics to support data-based decisions.

Compensation
The annual salary for this role is INR 3,00,000 to 6,00,000.
