Overview
ScaleSprint is a managed cold outreach agency focused on building and running cold email and LinkedIn systems for B2B businesses, with the aim of booking qualified meetings directly on clients’ calendars. The team is expanding and is looking for a full-time campaign manager to support campaign execution and optimization.
Role Summary
In this position, you will oversee cold email campaigns from setup through ongoing performance tracking. Your work will include building sequences, reviewing results, coordinating with clients, and ensuring campaigns stay aligned with target outcomes. Internal systems and workflows will be provided through training.
Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of cold email campaigns from launch to completion for client accounts.
- Create and configure outreach sequences using the company’s internal processes.
- Track campaign performance and make adjustments to improve results.
- Handle day-to-day communication with clients as needed.
- Ensure campaigns remain on track to meet agreed goals and targets.
What the Employer Is Looking For
- Practical, hands-on experience managing cold email outreach campaigns.
- Direct working knowledge of Instantly.ai, which is required for this role.
- A record of measurable success in campaigns personally handled by the candidate.
- Clear and professional written communication ability.
- Availability to work full time, totaling 40 hours each week.
- The ability to work independently with limited supervision.
