Car Courier

Role Overview

EMX is hiring a Car Courier in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is an on-site full-time role for candidates who are already in the UAE. Preference will be given to people who can join right away, and the work location may be flexible based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport parcels and documents to customers in a safe, efficient manner and within the agreed delivery window.
• Check, sort, and confirm shipments against the correct customer information before leaving for delivery.
• Work according to planned routes, delivery schedules, and company procedures to achieve daily productivity goals.
• Keep delivery progress updated in real time through the required system tools and hand in all necessary paperwork to the delivery center.
• Coordinate clearly with dispatch and customers about status updates, delays, or any delivery-related concerns.
• Manage every shipment carefully to preserve the condition and integrity of items during transit.
• Observe UAE traffic regulations, internal policies, and all safety requirements without exception.
• Complete pre-departure checks and follow operational instructions before starting deliveries.
• Look after the assigned vehicle by carrying out routine checks, keeping it clean, and reporting defects or concerns promptly.
• Use company vehicles and equipment responsibly and protect all assigned assets.
• Remain reachable by the delivery center and be ready to take on urgent or extra assignments when needed.
• Follow company rules, procedures, and confidentiality obligations at all times.
• Carry out any additional tasks requested by the line manager or operations team.

Requirements

• Previous UAE experience as a car courier, delivery driver, or in a comparable role is required.
• A valid UAE manual driving licence is mandatory, along with at least 1 year of driving experience.
• Strong familiarity with UAE roads, locations, and navigation apps is needed.
• Ability to handle multiple deliveries in a busy environment while meeting assigned targets.
• Good communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Physically capable of managing delivery duties effectively.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for tracking deliveries and updating systems.
• Dependable, organized, and committed to time management and safety compliance.
• Prepared to work across different shifts and locations depending on business requirements.

Additional Information

Applicants must be based in the UAE. Immediate joining is preferred. The role may require flexibility in location.
