Role summary

The Car Valeter will be responsible for preparing and maintaining fleet vehicles to a high presentation standard.

Key duties

  • Thoroughly clean and prepare vehicles so they are presented to a high standard.
  • Carry out machine polishing when needed.
  • Perform detailing work and remove scratches where required.
  • Organise vehicles on site to make the best use of parking space.
  • Remove decals and branding from vehicles when necessary.
  • Carry out visual checks on vehicles.

Experience and licence requirements

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in valeting is required. Wet sanding experience is an advantage, although it is not essential. A full UK driving licence is also required.
