Role Summary

The Chief Operating Officer is a full-time remote leadership role focused on running daily operations and improving efficiency across InsuranceSplash, LLC. The position is responsible for operational planning, designing scalable processes, and ensuring business activities stay aligned with the company’s strategic direction.

Working closely with executive leadership, the COO will oversee financial performance, make informed resource-allocation decisions, and help ensure service delivery consistently meets client expectations. The role also includes tracking performance, improving workflows, managing budgets, supporting long-term planning, and building a collaborative, data-led, customer-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in operations management and business planning, with a history of improving and scaling systems and processes.
• Excellent analytical ability to evaluate information, generate insights, and support strategic and operational decisions.
• Solid financial acumen, including hands-on experience with P&L management, forecasting, and expense optimization.
• Prior leadership experience in a senior operations or executive position, ideally in digital marketing, SaaS, or professional services.
• Capability to manage distributed teams and communicate clearly across departments and time zones.
• Experience building KPIs, maintaining dashboards, and applying continuous improvement methods.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or a closely related discipline; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
• Comfort using technology and digital systems; familiarity with online marketing or insurance operations is an added advantage.
