Role Overview

Capital AI is hiring a systems-oriented BizOps / ClickUp Lead to design, improve, and oversee scalable workflows across the organization. This position suits someone who enjoys operations, productivity systems, automation, and execution excellence. You will partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to simplify processes, strengthen accountability, and build efficient workflow systems using ClickUp and related automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, refine, and maintain ClickUp workspaces, dashboards, automations, templates, and end-to-end workflow structures.
• Develop operational systems that support recruiting, HR, sales, marketing, and project delivery functions.
• Work with leadership to raise productivity, improve accountability, and increase operational effectiveness.
• Draft SOPs, process guides, workflow diagrams, and project frameworks.
• Oversee task dependencies, deadlines, sprint planning, and overall project tracking.
• Guide team members on ClickUp usage standards and successful workflow adoption.
• Track KPIs, reporting dashboards, and project health indicators.
• Coordinate with several teams to keep deliverables moving smoothly and on time.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in ClickUp administration, workflow consulting, project management, or operations.
• Strong working knowledge of ClickUp hierarchy, dashboards, automations, forms, docs, and task management systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder handling abilities.
• Comfort taking ownership of systems and proactively improving processes.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
