About the Role
This opportunity is for an experienced Client Services Coordinator to contribute to AI model training. The work involves assessing chatbot progress, checking how well the systems reason through tasks, and identifying issues that can be improved to raise model quality.
The ideal candidate should have a high level of skill in writing, editing, and content creation. A background in Communications or Journalism is also relevant for this position.
What You Can Expect
- You can select the projects you want to work on and decide when to take them up.
- The work is done on your own schedule, using your personal computer, from wherever you are most comfortable.
- Compensation starts at USD 25–30+ per hour, and some projects may include additional bonus pay.
Responsibilities
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review the outputs they generate.
- Check AI-generated work for accuracy, quality, and overall performance.
Qualifications
- Strong English fluency, ideally at a native or bilingual level.
- Careful attention to detail.
- Excellent grammar, writing style, and brand voice control.
- A Bachelor's degree that is underway, completed, or in progress is preferred, but not mandatory.
Payment and Contract Details
Payments are processed through PayPal, and you will not be asked to send any money. Any conversion from USD to your local currency will be handled by PayPal. This role is open only to candidates based in New Zealand and is offered as an independent contractor arrangement.
