The agency works only with established businesses generating between €80K and €250K in monthly revenue, and it deliberately serves one client per niche in each region to safeguard competitive advantage.

The team goes beyond advertising by putting in place a full growth system that includes Meta campaigns, tailored CRM setups, automated follow-up, and strategic account handling. The goal is to help clients move from irregular lead generation to steady, scalable revenue.

Role Overview

This position is the primary client contact. You will own the relationship, help clients understand the work being done, and make sure they see measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding by setting up expectations, explaining the process clearly, and defining what success will look like.
• Track Meta Ads performance, identify effective and ineffective areas, and suggest practical optimizations such as pausing weak campaigns, scaling strong ones, and refining targeting.
• Maintain regular client communication through bi-weekly calls and weekly performance updates, translating data into simple, easy-to-understand language.
• Diagnose issues when problems arise, whether they relate to CRM setup or campaign performance, and resolve them directly or escalate appropriately.
• Coordinate closely with the media and operations teams to surface issues, discuss strategy, and keep execution aligned.

Required Experience and Skills

This role requires hands-on Meta Ads experience, including comfort working in Ads Manager, understanding campaign structure, budgets, audience setup, and optimization signals.

You should also be comfortable interpreting marketing performance data and making decisions using metrics such as cost per lead, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS. Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or Pipedrive would be a strong advantage.

Strong communication is essential. You should be able to explain technical ideas to non-technical clients, write clear updates, speak confidently on calls, and manage expectations well. Being highly organized, detail-focused, and proactive in solving problems is equally important.

Experience in construction or home improvement is a major plus because it helps with understanding the sales process, client challenges, and market mindset.

Practical Requirements

• This is a fully remote role, with a preference for candidates in the UK or Ireland timezone.
• You must be available for client calls between 9:00am and 5:00pm GMT.
• You should be comfortable handling 8 to 10 client accounts at the same time.
• The role suits someone who can work independently, as the team is small and the position comes with a high level of autonomy.

Success Measures

By around 3 months, clients should understand their key metrics and the reasons behind optimization decisions. At least two campaigns should have been improved by removing weak performers and scaling winning ones. Client check-ins should feel consultative, and issues should be identified early with clear recommendations.

By around 6 months, client satisfaction and retention should be strong, your recommendations should carry weight, and the wider team should rely on your judgment for spotting patterns across accounts.

Logistics

• This is a remote contract role.
• The compensation is €30,000 per year, with an increase after 6 months.
• The start date is immediate or by mutual agreement.
