Key Responsibilities
- Enter large volumes of data into the PACS platform with a high degree of precision.
- Provide basic PACS-related support in a service desk capacity.
- Work from established knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with radiology workflow tasks in a static PACS environment.
- Spot workflow mismatches and escalate issues when they fall outside documented procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent accuracy and strong focus on detail when handling data entry tasks.
- Ability to consistently work from written processes, KB articles, and SOPs.
- Good judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
- Working knowledge of service desk or support-oriented environments.
- Comfort working independently while remote.
Preferred Experience
- Background using PACS systems or working in radiology or healthcare IT.
- Previous experience in data entry or service desk support.
- Exposure to healthcare workflows.
