Role Overview
This opening is for an entry-level Communications Coordinator who will help keep internal communication organized, support coordination across teams, and provide day-to-day assistance to the wider operation. It is suited to someone who is organized, careful with details, and looking to grow in communications and operations.
Employment Details
This is a full-time role based on-site in Charlotte, North Carolina. The pay range provided is $18.50 to $27.00 per hour.
Core Responsibilities
The coordinator will help make sure information moves smoothly between departments and team members, support the creation and organization of internal documents and reports, maintain records and schedules, and assist with meeting coordination and follow-ups. The role also includes administrative support for supervisors.
Requirements
Candidates should have at least a high school diploma, while an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication, basic computer skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and comfort working in a team are important for success in this position.
