Construction Manager

Role Summary

An experienced Construction Manager is needed to take charge of on-site construction delivery and keep the project moving safely, on schedule, within the agreed scope, and inside budget. This position involves leading site teams, coordinating contractors, and making sure all work meets the required regulatory and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operations of construction activities at the site.
• Organize, coordinate, and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
• Drive progress so milestones and deadlines are met efficiently.
• Track construction performance and produce regular progress updates.
• Ensure full adherence to health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Examine drawings, plans, and technical specifications to confirm accuracy and practicality.
• Spot project risks early and address issues before they escalate.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to keep work aligned.
• Manage project spending and keep execution within approved budget limits.
• Protect quality standards throughout every stage of construction.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of construction management experience, ideally on large-scale projects.
• A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar discipline.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and strong people-management skills.
• Hands-on experience handling contractors and complicated project schedules.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, building materials, and applicable regulations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Comfortable working under pressure while balancing several priorities at once.
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabian regulations and standards is preferred.
