The Consulting Operations Analyst will contribute to consulting operations, performance tracking, business intelligence, quality assurance, and continuous improvement efforts. This position focuses on reviewing operational data, building dashboards and reports, following key performance indicators, assisting with governance tasks, and improving processes to raise efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree is required in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Management, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a closely related field.

Professional certifications such as C-KPI, Lean Six Sigma, Power BI, PMP, CBIP, Tableau, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.

Experience requirements

Applicants should have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Operations, PMO, Performance Management, Business Intelligence, Operational Excellence, or Quality Management.

Experience in consulting firms or professional services organizations is strongly preferred. Prior involvement in transformation, PMO, or operational excellence work is also desirable.
