Role overview
PPP Coffee is looking for a part-time kitchen cook in Singapore to support daily back-of-house operations and food preparation. The role calls for someone who can keep the kitchen clean, uphold food safety standards, and help deliver consistent quality across all dishes.
What you'll do
- Support everyday kitchen operations and prepare ingredients and food items as needed.
- Keep the kitchen area clean and hygienic, following proper sanitation practices.
- Track and handle food stock so supplies are managed efficiently.
- Maintain steady standards for both portion size and food quality.
- Follow Singapore Food Agency (SFA) requirements and related compliance practices.
- Contribute to a positive, cooperative working environment.
- Take on other tasks assigned by management or the immediate supervisor.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience working as a commis cook.
- Availability for shift-based work, including weekends and Public Holidays.
- A Food Hygiene certificate will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working under pressure in a busy, fast-moving kitchen.
- Strong communication skills and a respectful, team-oriented approach.
Compensation
The role is paid at S$14 per hour.
