Role Overview

Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania is looking to hire two reliable custodians to support a clean, secure, and welcoming campus environment for students, faculty, staff, and guests. This position is important to the smooth functioning of daily campus life and helps foster a setting where learning and community can flourish.

Key Duties

Maintain assigned buildings and surrounding areas so they remain tidy, organized, and in good condition.
Carry out snow and ice clearing to help keep entrances and walkways safe.
Use custodial tools, equipment, and College vehicles when required.
Help with basic upkeep and regular care of custodial equipment.

Candidate Profile

Prior experience in custodial work or a similar field.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work from ladders up to 10 feet high.
Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.
Dependable, cooperative, and comfortable working as part of a team.
