About Solaya Collective & The Gym Pod Vietnam
Solaya Collective is a cross-border venture group connecting opportunities between Singapore and Vietnam. Its main venture, The Gym Pod Vietnam, offers private, pay-per-use gym pods in Ho Chi Minh City, enabling people to work out privately and on their own schedule.
The company is a compact, high-energy team in a phase of growth, and this role offers the chance to join at an early stage.
Role overview
The company is hiring a Customer Experience & Business Development Associate to serve as its first client-facing team member in Vietnam. This position combines two core areas: supporting members with a high level of service and helping the team execute business development and marketing efforts locally.
Prior years of experience are not essential. The most important qualities are curiosity, a strong willingness to learn, initiative, and enthusiasm for growing with a fast-scaling business.
Customer experience and support
- Handle member questions, comments, and complaints through Zalo, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, email, TikTok, and other Meta channels.
- Resolve booking errors, access-related issues, and other member concerns quickly and professionally as part of service recovery.
- Keep communication quality consistently high across all customer touchpoints.
- Collect customer insights and share them with the core team to help improve the product and overall service.
Business development and marketing support
- Help identify and narrow down potential new sites in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Carry out on-site checks and prepare summaries for team evaluation.
- Assist with local marketing events, community engagement, and partnership activities.
- Collaborate with the team on social media content and campaign delivery.
- Spot and assess local business opportunities that fit the company’s expansion plans.
