Role Overview

What You Will Do
In this role, you will help create positive customer experiences while keeping the store clean, well stocked, and welcoming for every guest. The position moves at a brisk pace, so the ability to juggle tasks and use time efficiently is important.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organised, stocked, and inviting store environment.
- Work in a fast-paced setting while balancing multiple tasks.
- Support day-to-day store operations as part of a team or independently when needed.
- Learn about the product range and help promote products and specials to customers.

- You are comfortable working both on your own and as part of a team.
- You can remain on your feet for long periods and handle moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
- You are available for flexible shifts, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends.
- You are open to learning and confidently promoting products and special offers.
