What you will do

  • Build dashboards, reports, and presentations that are clear, engaging, and easy to act on.
  • Work with different teams to shape and deliver insights that support business goals.
  • Present findings and recommendations in a concise and understandable way.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience with analysis and data visualization tools, preferably in a customer service or similar environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline, or at least 3 additional years of equivalent work experience.
  • Background in data analytics with a customer-focused approach.
  • Hands-on experience with collecting, maintaining, and analyzing data.
