Key Responsibilities

Enter information from source materials into internal systems with speed and precision.
Review records against original documents to confirm that the data is correct.
Keep databases and files current through regular updates and maintenance.
Spot inconsistencies in records and make the necessary corrections.
File and safeguard documents in digital formats using secure methods.
Prepare reports and pull data whenever it is requested.
Support basic data analysis and reporting work when needed.
Protect sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

Run routine backups to help preserve data integrity.

Requirements

Prior experience in data entry or a comparable administrative role.
Fast and accurate typing ability.
Strong focus on detail and data correctness.
Comfort using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
Experience with data entry systems and database tools.
Good skills in organizing work and managing time effectively.
Minimum education level: high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
Ability to manage confidential information responsibly and ethically.
