Data Insights Analyst

Role overview

MOMO Coffee is looking for an entry-level Data Insights Analyst to turn raw business data into clear, actionable insights. This full-time role is suited to someone who enjoys exploring data, spotting patterns, and helping teams make better decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather data from different business sources, then clean, organize, and analyze it.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visual summaries that make findings easy to understand.
• Look for trends, patterns, and opportunities hidden in the data.
• Track KPIs and other business performance measures on an ongoing basis.
• Carry out data checks, cleansing, and quality reviews to keep information accurate and consistent.
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and business priorities.
• Share insights and recommendations that help guide strategic and day-to-day decisions.
• Assist with improvement initiatives through analysis and reporting support.

Required profile

• A basic grasp of data analysis, statistics, and reporting concepts is expected.
• Strong Excel skills are needed; familiarity with SQL is preferred.
• Experience with tools such as Power BI or Tableau will be an advantage.
• Exposure to Python, R, or similar analytical tools is a plus.
• You should have a sharp eye for detail and solid analytical thinking.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities are important.
• You must be comfortable working accurately with large datasets.
• A degree, diploma, or relevant training in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Economics, IT, or a related area is preferred.
