Job Overview
This contract role is fully remote and is focused on supporting the training of advanced AI systems. Your domain expertise will help improve how models learn, reason, and respond using high-quality, real-world data. Previous AI experience is not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, organize, clean, and prepare varied datasets so they are accurate and analysis-ready.
- Build, test, and put statistical models into use to uncover practical insights from complex information.
- Carry out exploratory analysis to spot trends, relationships, and opportunities for improvement.
- Turn findings into clear dashboards, charts, and reports that can be understood by both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Work with teammates to plan and deliver data projects from initial idea through final handoff.
- Refine analytical approaches and automate repetitive steps to make data processes more efficient.
- Share recommendations clearly in writing and speaking, with an emphasis on accuracy and impact.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong grounding in statistics, mathematics, and analytical methods.
- Hands-on experience handling, organizing, and preparing large or complex datasets.
- Ability to use programming languages such as Python, R, or similar tools for data work and modeling.
- Capability to create and assess predictive models with confidence.
- Advanced data visualization skills using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent libraries.
- Careful attention to detail and a strong focus on maintaining data quality.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Preferred Background
- Experience in remote, cross-functional, or customer-facing teams is an advantage.
- Exposure to building and deploying machine learning solutions in production environments is preferred.
