Overview
WZN Healthy Food is seeking an experienced and qualified Dietitian to support meal planning, nutrition guidance, and dietary program development in Doha, Qatar.
Responsibilities
- Design balanced meal plans and keep them updated based on client needs.
- Prepare menus suitable for diabetic diets and broader nutrition programs.
- Offer practical nutrition advice and consultation to clients.
- Verify that meals align with nutritional standards and any special dietary needs.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to preserve food quality and control portions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a closely related discipline.
- Prior experience in meal planning and nutrition counseling.
- Solid knowledge of diabetic meal planning and diabetic-friendly menu development.
- Understanding of weight management, healthy eating, and special diet needs.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in client consultation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with food service and kitchen teams.
