Role overview
Roundglass is looking for a Digital Designer to craft polished, high-impact digital experiences that support its wellbeing-focused products and marketing efforts. This is a regular, full-time position based in Bellevue with onsite work, or available remotely within the US. The ideal candidate brings a refined, modern design style and can work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
The role focuses on creating websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and other digital marketing materials while maintaining strong visual consistency, usability, and scalable design foundations such as design systems and UI kits.

What you will do
- Create engaging digital assets such as websites, landing pages, and email campaigns, with attention to user interface structure and mobile-friendly presentation.
- Maintain a consistent brand experience across all digital touchpoints and channels.
- Own projects from early concept and wireframing through final production files and launch-ready delivery.
- Work closely with creative, marketing, and product stakeholders to align design work with business objectives and smooth execution.
Qualifications
The right candidate will have a strong portfolio and substantial experience in digital design, along with the ability to build scalable systems and deliver high-quality work across multiple projects. Advanced Figma and Adobe Creative Suite skills are essential, as are a solid grasp of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy. The role also calls for effective communication, presentation skills, and comfort partnering with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
Preferred experience
Additional value will be given to candidates who have worked with AI-assisted design tools such as Figma Make, designed products in health, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer categories, or contributed illustration, custom graphics, data visualizations, and infographics. Experience in agencies, creative studios, or fast-growing startups is also an advantage, as is familiarity with email marketing platforms, accessibility considerations, live text, deployment requirements, and current web design standards.
Pay and benefits
The expected salary range for this role is USD 120,000 to 150,000 per year. Final compensation will depend on role level, relevant experience, and job-related skills and knowledge. Some positions may also include bonus eligibility as part of the total compensation package.
