Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily dispatch activities as per sales orders and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams for timely availability of stock.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, and transport documents.
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of goods as per company standards.
- Coordinate with transporters and drivers for vehicle placement and timely deliveries.
- Track dispatched shipments and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain dispatch records and ensure accurate data entry in ERP systems.
- Reconcile dispatched quantities with warehouse inventory records.
- Handle customer and transporter queries related to dispatches.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements during dispatch operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports.
