Driver - Multi System Operator

Role overview

We are looking for an experienced HR driver to work from the Warrnambool depot, supporting essential services across the region. This position is available as both casual and full-time work, with 5:00 am starts and the possibility of overtime. The pay rate is $34.37 per hour plus superannuation.

Key duties

• Operate collection vehicles safely, including rear lift, hook lift, and front lift trucks.
• Carry out daily inspections and safety checks on vehicles and equipment when required.
• Present a professional image of the organisation and consistently deliver strong customer service.
• Follow internal and external service standards when dealing with customers.
• Comply with fatigue management rules, regulations, and training requirements.

About you

• You must hold at least an HR licence.
• The role involves manual work and may be physically demanding, so a good level of fitness is needed.
• You should be available flexibly for work.
• A strong safety-first mindset is essential.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are important.
• You must be prepared to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
