Role Overview

Prezzo Italian is hiring a Duty Manager to act as the link between the floor team and management. What the Role Involves

In this position, you will be the person keeping the shift running smoothly. As a keyholder, you will be responsible for opening and closing the restaurant, stepping in to lead when the General Manager is absent, and making sure guests receive the brand’s style of warm hospitality. You will also handle operational duties such as cashing up and checking compliance, while setting a strong example for the rest of the team.

The ideal candidate will already have experience in hospitality, either as a server or a supervisor, and will be ready to take on greater responsibility.
