Role Overview
This position is based in Dubai and is centered on retail and telecom sales, customer handling, and team coordination. The role involves presenting Etisalat offerings to business clients, institutions, government organizations, and Emirati customers, while also supporting smooth daily operations and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and close Etisalat plan sales for businesses, institutions, government bodies, and Emirati customers.
- Explain plan details clearly, including features, advantages, and pricing, so customers can make informed decisions.
- Look for upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue from related products and services.
- Deliver prompt, professional support by addressing customer questions and resolving concerns effectively.
- Work toward service KPIs such as faster response times, quicker resolution, and strong customer satisfaction.
- Support internal and external audit activities and help ensure the business follows applicable industry rules.
- Handle TRA audit requirements and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
- Take part in mystery shopping exercises that assess the quality of customer interactions.
- Meet individual targets for sales and productivity.
- Provide practical solutions to customer queries and requirements.
- Supervise everyday store or branch operations.
- Help build a positive, supportive, and motivating workplace environment.
- Hear out team feedback and address concerns or disagreements when they arise.
- Encourage the team to stay focused on organizational objectives.
- Assign tasks appropriately across team members.
Experience
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Education
Applicants should hold a graduation degree, diploma, or an equivalent qualification.
Skills and Abilities
Strong customer orientation, performance focus, teamwork, communication, confidence in negotiation, MS Excel proficiency, good PC literacy, and knowledge of Arabic are valuable for this role.
