Role Overview
Pattern is hiring an experienced eCommerce professional for its MENA team in Dubai. The role focuses on improving the performance and growth of the brands managed by the company on Amazon and other marketplaces across the region.
You will be accountable for the commercial and financial performance of a portfolio of global brands across MENA marketplaces. In partnership with the Associate Director of eCommerce, you will help shape and execute the end-to-end growth and profitability plan for your portfolio, working closely with teams across Operations, Content, Advertising, Creative, Merchandising, and Finance. You will also coordinate cross-functional initiatives that help the organisation scale in MENA.
Key Responsibilities
- Use data-led planning to grow marketplace revenue across MENA for a portfolio of brands spanning both B2B and D2C channels.
- Build and follow a detailed action plan that supports budget goals and goes beyond them through promotional calendars, seasonal planning, new product launches, and advertising initiatives.
- Work with brands to define strategy and joint business plans that strengthen sales, marketing performance, and market share.
- Ensure brands are presented strongly across marketplaces through high-quality product content, image assets, enhanced listings, keyword optimisation, local-language translation, and advertising support.
- Review performance regularly using multiple data sources and tools, and use the findings to improve results across every customer touchpoint.
- Oversee inventory planning with merchandisers to keep stock levels healthy and the supply pipeline steady.
- Maintain strong day-to-day relationships with client partners and keep them informed about project progress and changes.
- Support continuous improvement by helping build, refine, and automate internal processes.
