Role overview
As a CRM Specialist, you will support families in understanding life insurance and other financial protection choices while working in a performance-driven environment. The position is fully virtual and focuses on assisting warm leads who have already requested information, so there is no cold calling, door-to-door selling, or recruiting involved. Training and licensing assistance are included.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual meetings with interested clients who have already expressed interest
- Explain life insurance and related protection options in a clear, family-friendly way
- Tailor coverage recommendations to match each client’s needs and budget
- Guide clients through the application steps
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients
- Work in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations
Compensation
- Typical earnings on an initial contract are about $600 to $800 per sale
- Agents may receive a 5% pay increase every 2 to 3 months
- No sales quotas are enforced
- Performance can qualify agents for incentive trips with carriers
- Pay is entirely commission-based and depends on results; the stated figures are averages for active agents
