- Support office and events operations as needed, including vendor coordination, office supplies, space planning, and event assistance.
- Act as a bridge between executives and key stakeholders to maintain clarity, alignment, and follow-through.
- Track executive decisions and priorities to ensure action is completed without repeated prompting.
- Keep executive documents, workflows, and shared resources structured and easy to access.
- Partner with the other Executive Assistant to sort requests and manage executive workflows.
- Assist with special projects, research, and other ad hoc assignments.
- Provide backup support when needed and help improve executive support processes over time.
- Protect sensitive information and use sound judgment and discretion at all times.
- Identify needs early and solve problems before they grow.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative role supporting senior leaders.
- Experience working with multiple executives at the same time in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex calendars and defend time for critical work.
- Comfort using MS365 tools, including Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams, along with other collaboration platforms.
- Strong initiative and the ability to spot needs or issues ahead of time.
- Confidence working through ambiguity while staying accountable.
- Exceptional discretion when handling confidential information.
- A bias for action and the ability to work with urgency in a startup-style environment without sacrificing quality or judgment.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth company.
- Willingness to work outside standard hours when business needs require it.
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Background in technology, infrastructure, or data center environments.
- Interest in executive operations, strategy, or long-term growth in the role.
