Role summary
This opening is for an Executive Assistant supporting Investment Banking Capital Markets within the Investment Bank in London. The team operates in a fast-moving, high-energy environment focused on advisory and capital-raising work for clients.
Success in this position calls for quick thinking, strong prioritisation, excellent time management, clear communication, and a sharp eye for detail.

Key responsibilities
- Manage demanding calendars for senior bankers, making sure schedules are organised efficiently and priorities are handled well
- Arrange team travel end to end, including booking flights, hotels, visas, travel meetings, and expense reimbursement with minimal disruption
- Ensure business expense submissions are completed accurately and on time
- Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones, secure rooms and passes, and organise catering so events run smoothly
- Partner with other assistants to cover support needs during short absences
Experience and skills needed
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in the finance sector
- Strong organisational ability, especially in managing complex diaries
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and confident manner
- A discreet approach and the ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
- The capacity to prioritise effectively, stay composed under pressure, multitask, and take initiative
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues when needed
