Role Overview
This leadership position is responsible for shaping and delivering the strategy for real estate financing products across the Kingdom. The role focuses on product innovation, housing solutions, and initiatives that support the Organization’s strategic priorities and help raise homeownership levels among citizens.
Strategy and Governance
You will define the Product Sector strategy and ensure it is carried through consistently across all internal departments. A major part of the role is to put the right policies, procedures, and governance controls in place and make sure all activities remain aligned with regulatory expectations.
Financial and Operational Leadership
The position includes ownership of the Product Sector budget, tracking performance against financial targets, spotting underperformance, and pursuing improvements in cost efficiency and revenue generation. You will also approve workforce plans and other operational needs so that sector activities can run smoothly.
Cross-Functional Delivery
Close coordination with other departments is essential to secure the support needed for successful execution of sector goals. The role requires strong collaboration to keep initiatives moving and to remove operational barriers.
Product Development and Market Analysis
You will oversee market research, feasibility assessments, and financial analysis for real estate financing products. The aim is to create innovative offerings for underserved customer segments while staying aligned with national strategic objectives. The role also involves guiding teams as they identify and evaluate new product opportunities using market intelligence and stakeholder feedback.
Product Lifecycle and Continuous Improvement
This role owns product lifecycle management from early concept development through launch and delivery. It also includes leading change management efforts and improving systems, processes, and operating methods in line with global best practices and changing market conditions.
Education and Experience
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related discipline is required. Experience requirements vary by qualification level: 12 years for bachelor’s degree holders, 10 years for those with a master’s degree, and 8 years for candidates with a PhD.
