Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic florist to join a Dubai-based team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with flowers, has a strong sense of visual style, and is comfortable providing excellent customer support. The role covers floral styling for everyday needs, weddings, events, and bespoke requests, along with stock control, client consultations, and upkeep of the shop space.

Floral Design and Arrangement

• Develop eye-catching flower arrangements for occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, condolences, weddings, and corporate functions.
• Adapt designs and bouquets based on each customer’s preferences and requirements.
• Keep track of current floral styles, seasonal looks, and presentation trends.

Customer Service

• Support customers in-store, over the phone, and through online channels when choosing and buying flowers.
• Provide practical guidance on flower care, arrangement choices, and suitable add-on products.
• Create and maintain strong client relationships, particularly with wedding and event customers.

Shop Operations

• Keep work areas and display sections neat, clean, and well-organized.
• Prepare flowers by trimming, watering, and arranging them to preserve freshness and quality.
• Manage bouquet wrapping, tagging, and labeling for customer orders.
• Assist with deliveries and event installations whenever required.

Inventory and Supplies

• Track floral stock and supply levels, reorder materials when needed, and minimize waste from spoilage.
• Work with vendors to source fresh flowers and seasonal varieties.
• Store flowers at the correct temperature and handle them carefully to maintain condition.
