Role overview
RemoteStar is developing HAAS (HR AI as a Service), an AI-native people operations ecosystem designed to help modern organisations move away from fragmented HR processes and toward a more intelligent, scalable, and insight-led model. The company is assembling a selective group of senior HR leaders to act as founding contributors and help shape how AI and human expertise can work together in the future of HR.
This is a strategic advisory seat rather than a conventional consulting assignment. The role is for experienced HR leaders who have handled complex organisational environments and now want to influence the next generation of HR systems, operating models, and decision-making tools.

Core contribution areas
You will work with the RemoteStar leadership team across strategy, product thinking, and ecosystem development, with your experience directly influencing how HAAS evolves.
- Provide strategic guidance on organisational design, culture, leadership, employee engagement, and people operations.
- Identify practical ways AI and automation can reduce manual HR work and improve decision quality.
- Offer feedback on features, frameworks, assessments, and tools being built within the HAAS platform.
- Join peer discussions, advisory meetings, and collaborative learning sessions with other HR leaders.
- Support founders and leadership teams in building people functions that can scale effectively.
Ideal background
The opportunity is aimed at professionals with 15+ years of experience in senior HR and people leadership roles such as CHRO, Head of HR, HR Transformation Leader, HR Consultant, Fractional HR Advisor, People & Culture Leader, Organisational Development Specialist, or HR Business Partner Leadership.
Experience with startups, scaling companies, or digital transformation work is especially valuable.
