Role overview
This position focuses on building and growing a franchise partner network across multiple Indian cities. The role involves driving partner acquisition, supporting business expansion, and ensuring that franchisees are set up for smooth operations and long-term revenue growth.
Location
Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Surat, Delhi, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, and Kerala.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and bring in new franchise partners while supporting overall business development through these relationships.
- Work toward improving revenue and growth performance for each franchisee.
- Meet prospects and conduct discussions related to franchise sales.
- Assist franchise partners with business development, opening new client accounts, and cross-selling the full range of products.
- Provide onboarding support, training, and ongoing assistance to newly added franchisees.
- Manage operational coordination, compliance matters, and resolution of issues as they arise.
- Ensure that franchise activities follow regulatory requirements and internal organizational policies.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and bring 3 to 5 years of experience in financial services, broking, or BFSI. A strong working knowledge of broking, equity markets, mutual funds, insurance, operations, risk management, and compliance is expected. The role also calls for excellent communication skills in Hindi, the local language, and English, along with a professional written and verbal style.
