A recruitment and staffing business is seeking an entry-level construction labourer / assembler for the Tomago area, with an immediate start available. The role is casual in form but offers full-time hours, Monday to Friday, across 8-hour day shifts from 6:00am to 2:00pm. The work centres on assembling and building framing, with strong emphasis on accuracy, numeracy, literacy, and quality.

What the role involves

Working carefully from plans and measurements to complete tasks accurately.
Carrying out quality inspections on finished work.
Building new skills and learning additional tasks on the job.
Using hand and power tools safely, including grinders.
Keeping the work area tidy and compliant with health and safety requirements.

What you'll need

Some prior experience using hand tools and power tools.
Strong attention to detail, including numeracy and literacy skills.
A dependable attitude and willingness to work reliably.
A current driver's licence and access to a car.
The ability to work safely, independently, and as part of a team.
