Company Overview
Wattani Aquaculture Association (جمعية وطني للاستزراع المائي) is a Saudi-based organization working to advance inland aquaculture and fish farming across the Kingdom. In line with Vision 2030, it aims to improve national food security, encourage sustainable production, and support producers through partnerships, advisory support, and capability-building programs.
Role Summary
This is a full-time leadership position located in Riyadh. The General Manager will oversee both strategic direction and daily operations to ensure strong organizational performance for Wattani Aquaculture Association.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee everyday operations and prepare regular performance updates for senior leadership.
- Create and expand sales channels while developing strategic collaborations within Saudi Arabia and abroad.
- Drive marketing initiatives and manage the association’s digital channels and institutional relations.
- Liaise with government bodies, including the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture (MEWA).
Qualifications
- Must be a Saudi national.
- At least 5 years of background in management or business development.
- Well-developed communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong command of English in both speaking and writing.
