This position is part of the Rooms & Guest Services Operations team at a JW Marriott property in Doha, Qatar. The role is a full-time, non-management guest services position focused on delivering smooth, attentive support to hotel guests.

What you will do

You will help guests with directions, property details, service hours, amenities, and nearby points of interest or activities. When a request or issue needs another department, you will coordinate with the right team member or department such as Bellperson, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering, or Security/Loss Prevention. You will also follow up with guests to confirm their needs have been handled well.

Other duties include receiving, logging, and passing on messages accurately and clearly; handling special requests for guests with unique needs; and notifying the appropriate staff about VIP arrivals so escort arrangements and amenities can be prepared.
