Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day maintenance activity and keep work orders moving smoothly
• Carry out first inspections, photograph issues, and upload the images for each work order
• Deliver and install company-specific items such as fire extinguishers, lock boxes, and real estate signage
• Create new work orders when required and prepare clear assessment notes for the maintenance team
• Handle extra maintenance tasks such as copying keys, installing door closers, changing locks, mounting TVs, and similar jobs

Requirements

• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable maintenance or handywork position
• Valid driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Vehicle must be able to carry at least a 4' x 4' sheet of plywood
• Strong ability to use hand tools and power equipment
• Well-organized with solid communication skills
• Able to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
• Owns an iPhone for work-related communication
• Careful, detail-focused, and good at resolving problems

Eligibility
