About the Company
Scorelabs is looking to hire a large team of Hindi telecallers for its Hyderabad locations, covering Hi Tech City and Begumpet.
Role Overview
This position focuses on outbound calling, lead follow-ups, and customer engagement in a voice-based sales environment. The job requires clear communication in Hindi and English, along with the ability to match customer needs with suitable product recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Place outbound calls and keep following up on assigned leads on a regular basis.
- Develop trust and rapport with customers through effective communication and understanding of their needs.
- Recommend appropriate products after assessing customer requirements.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should be comfortable working in a voice process and able to communicate fluently in Hindi and English.
Eligibility
Graduation is not mandatory for this role. Candidates with +2 qualification should have at least 6 months of experience in any voice process. Graduates who are freshers may also be considered.
