Role overview

This is a practical, hands-on HR operations and program management position within the US division. The role partners with business leaders, management teams, and the global HR function to deliver people initiatives, strengthen HR operations, support transformation efforts, and improve the employee experience. Reporting to the US VP of HR, the position plays a key role in delivering day-to-day HR services and leading cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, data quality, systems, and process design.

What you will do
