Role Overview

AeroVect is looking for an HR Coordinator to support its Atlanta operation. This is an onsite position at the heart of the local team. The role is designed to keep scheduling organized, onboarding seamless, compliance up to date, and day-to-day operations moving efficiently. You will partner closely with operators and operational leaders to bring structure, clarity, and accountability to the workplace. It is well suited to someone early in their career who is organized, reliable, and interested in HR, operations, or aviation.

HR and Onboarding Support

  • Manage new-hire onboarding and orientation tasks, including offer letters, I-9 verification, background checks, badging, and CBP credentialing.
  • Keep employee files accurate and ensure all records remain current.
  • Monitor airport-access badge and credential renewals.
  • Assist with employee status updates and offboarding paperwork.
  • Act as a helpful point of contact for workplace and benefits-related questions.

Operations and Scheduling

  • Build and maintain weekly shift schedules for GSE operators.
  • Track attendance and contribute to accurate timekeeping and metric reporting.
  • Coordinate the use, upkeep, and registration of vehicles, equipment, and shared resources.
  • Support organized documentation and routine reporting.

Office and Asset Management

  • Monitor PPE, laptops, keys, and other issued equipment.
  • Keep clear logs for items given out and returned.
  • Handle office supplies, vendor coordination, and deliveries.

Administrative Support

  • Assist in preparing reports and leadership summaries.
  • Coordinate meetings and keep calendars organized.
  • Follow up on action items and help move projects forward.

Qualifications

Applicants should have 0 to 3 years of experience in office coordination, HR support, operations, or administrative work. Strong organization skills and close attention to detail are important, along with the ability to manage several priorities at once. Professional communication, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to pass federal background checks and keep airport badging active are required.
