Indian Chef / Cook (Full-time)

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated cook to join a restaurant that serves authentic Indian and Tamil cuisine in Lohmar. The venue has been welcoming guests since October 2020 and combines traditional flavors, careful attention to detail, and a modern dining setting. In addition to all-you-can-eat and à la carte service, the restaurant also hosts a range of events and specialties. Orders are placed by guests using tablets and are then prepared fresh in the kitchen.

Key Duties

The role involves supporting the kitchen operation and helping ensure smooth service and consistent food quality.

• Lead and coordinate the kitchen team in a large-scale kitchen setup
• Carry out food preparation and ingredient handling
• Cook and plate dishes for service
• Maintain and monitor food quality standards
• Improve and streamline kitchen workflows where possible
• Handle general kitchen cleaning and upkeep
