Role Summary

This Quality Inspector position sits within the Operations department and reports to the Inspector Team Leader or Operations Manager. The role centers on carrying out on-site inspections of client products while maintaining QIMA’s quality standards.

Key Duties

• Review email communications every day to collect the inspection files and related documents.
• Arrive for inspections punctually and coordinate with suppliers in a courteous, professional manner.
• Carry out merchandise inspections in line with company procedures and oversee container stuffing as required by the same standards.
• Complete inspection reports accurately and within the required process timelines.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should hold a college degree or higher in apparel or a related discipline. A solid understanding of AQL standards along with applicable safety and quality rules is important. Strong spoken and written English, excellent attention to detail, and a high level of professional ethics are also essential.
