About the role
Braze is looking for an Information Technology Associate to support employees with day-to-day technical needs. The role centers on service desk requests, device and account setup, office technology support, and basic network assistance. It is based in Sydney and requires commuting to the office, with occasional travel to other office locations. During a standard shift, you may also assist remote offices in different time zones.
What you will do
- Deliver hands-on and remote IT support to employees.
- Resolve hardware and software issues, with a focus on Mac endpoint support.
- Handle office AV needs, including conference room equipment and live event support.
- Work from the office up to 5 days a week and travel occasionally to other locations as needed.
- Support teams in other regions during your shift, including remote offices operating in different time zones.
- Set up and remove user accounts through Okta and Google Workspace.
- Assist with onboarding sessions for new hires.
- Create and update knowledge base articles that explain common IT processes and fixes.
- Administer company computers and mobile devices through JAMF and Google MDM.
- Coordinate the purchase of IT hardware and software.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for wired and wireless network issues.

- You can support and troubleshoot Apple computers and mobile devices.
- You understand the basics of wired and wireless networking.
- You have experience configuring and troubleshooting Google Meet and Zoom devices.
- You bring 3 to 5 years of technical support experience.
