Job Overview

Alkhorayef Water & Power Technologies (AWPT) is hiring an IT Help Desk Support professional to assist employees with technical issues and keep day-to-day IT operations running smoothly. This role focuses on resolving common hardware, software, printer, and network problems while maintaining a high standard of customer support.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the first point of contact for technical support requests through phone, email, remote tools, or face-to-face assistance.
  • Identify and fix issues related to computers, software, printers, and network connectivity.
  • Install, set up, and support desktops, laptops, and other connected devices.
  • Create user and email accounts and manage access rights as needed.
