Junior Data Analyst

Helic & Co is looking for an inquisitive Junior Data Analyst who can transform unprocessed information into insights that support business decisions. In this position, you will collaborate with senior analysts and internal stakeholders to gather, refine, and present data in a clear and useful way. This opportunity suits someone who enjoys solving problems proactively and wants to build stronger analytical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, standardize, and check raw data so it is ready for analysis.
• Build and update interactive dashboards with business intelligence tools.
• Study patterns and trends to help teams improve business outcomes.
• Run SQL queries to pull data from relational databases.
• Produce regular performance reports on a weekly, monthly, and as-needed basis.

Requirements

• A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
• Basic SQL skills for database querying.
• Exposure to data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Good communication skills with the ability to present findings to different stakeholders.
