Role Overview
The company is hiring a Junior Front-End Developer who is based in the MENA region and can work fully remotely. This role is well suited to someone early in their career who wants to build modern, responsive websites while strengthening technical skills in a collaborative environment.

What You Will Do
- Create and support responsive websites and landing pages for healthcare and wellness clients.
- Translate UI/UX designs into structured, maintainable, and reusable front-end code.
- Develop digital materials that back client websites and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver polished digital experiences.
- Support improvements that enhance SEO, site speed, and conversion performance.
- Improve website performance, responsiveness, and compatibility across major browsers.
- Deliver smooth experiences on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Apply accessibility and usability standards in day-to-day development work.
- Update and maintain WordPress and other CMS-based websites.
- Handle content edits, template adjustments, layout updates, and new page creation.
- Find and fix front-end issues and visual inconsistencies.
- Test websites on different browsers and devices to help ensure quality and reliability.
- Keep learning modern front-end tools, frameworks, and best practices.
- Take part in code reviews and work with experienced developers to improve continuously.
What We Are Looking For
- 0 to 2 years of front-end development experience, including internships, freelance work, bootcamp projects, or personal builds.
- Experience with live websites or web applications is an added advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or equivalent practical experience.
- Solid working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Ability to build responsive, mobile-first web pages.
- Exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue is beneficial.
- Prior experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SEO-friendly development practices.
- Comfort using Git and version control workflows.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Understanding of website speed tuning and browser compatibility testing.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work well in a remote team.
- Self-driven mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Good organization and time management skills.
- Experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or comparable CSS frameworks is a plus.
- Basic awareness of WCAG accessibility standards is an advantage.
- Exposure to healthcare, medical, or other regulated industries is helpful.
- Familiarity with JavaScript build tools and modern development workflows is a plus.
- Fluent English communication skills are preferred; Arabic is a strong advantage.
